I don’t have any quarrel with the film but the other day I was in a bookshop and saw that they had adapted a BOOK from the SCRIPT of this film.

It’s about time-travel and for anyone who ever watched Terminator and started asking questions about “but what if they?” and “so if they went back and then did that wouldn’t that mean …?” this is the movie for you.

3) Watch the film again and feel your brain melt at the sheer genius of it.

I’ve watched it five times now and noticed new and cool things each time. You may have a little trouble finding it in the world but I think there are those things … what are they called … lorrents? Morrents? Torrents?

Piracy is bad kids. Bad and illegal. Remember that.

I read some early review which did not say nice things and so I stopped reading reviews about it. Holding up at 71% right now on Rotten Tomatoes though, so I’m hoping I perhaps read a bad review … rather than an accurate review of a bad movie. I’ve been waiting so long to see this that if it is terrible it just might kill me.

Adapted from the best-selling Where the Wild Things Are book, it has a lot to live up to (and it’s been a long time coming – the book was published in 1963).
